We reached out to Mark to do a home inspection for our new construction. He replied back to us within 24 hours to schedule the inspection and continued to communicate with us via email, and continued to communicate next steps and what we should expect from him. This level of professionalism and customer care is rare, but it is a part of who he is as a person. True to his word, we received a very extensive and thorough report the next business day. Included is the summary, which is easy to follow, along with exterior and interior findings and the report, which is extremely professional and detailed with pictures, explanations, and suggestions for correction. We could tell that Mark took his time to look at every single area in and outside of the home. His 3 hour inspection enabled him to check every single outlet, notice cosmetic irregularities and even point out issues that if not rectified now, would cause later issues in the future. Mark is an expert in his field and one can tell that he takes pride in his work. We were beyond pleased with how much careful detail he put into ensuring that we were provided with information regarding the improvements that were needed before we close on our home. We would recommend Mark without reservation. We are pleased with his services and would use him again..

From the very beginning Mark Pondo showed his professionalism by wearing a mask and greeting me appropriately and keeping a distance during this COVID time. It very quickly became obvious that he has been doing home inspections for quite some time as he explained issues with the home I intend to purchase. He is detailed oriented and very thorough while performing his inspection. He did not rush through his verbal description of his findings. The report he submitted is formatted in such a way that it is easy to locate different areas of the house and cite his findings. He afforded plenty of his time explaining questions I had in the report. He is an absolute professional and added a personal touch to his inspection. Highly recommended!!

I want to tell you about the wonderful job, Mark did for our home inspection. Mark arrived 30 minutes before our appointment.He did not rush during the inspection. He was very down to earth in explaining things to us, very professional, and extremely knowledgeable. We got the inspection done in March 2020. I had a follow up question for him on yesterday, 4/29 he treated me with the same professionalism and patience same as when he visited our home. You can tell he enjoys inspecting homes. If you want a thorough inspection, to be treated with respect concerning your questions, charged a reasonable price, and receive your report timely, then I highly recommend doing business with Mark.
