Thank you everyone who has made reservations for our Annual Christmas Show. If you called or sent an email and haven’t heard back, please try again. Some people have transposed their phone numbers or put the wrong area code and we were unable to reach them. If you email, please be sure to include your phone number so we can call to get a credit card number to secure your reservation. As of today, 12/15 is sold out for both shows; 12/8 has a couple of tables available at the 7.15 show; 12/22 has one table left for the 5 pm show; 12/1 and 12/17 have the most availability.

Please help me congratulate and thank Ben Walters for his time with us at Santé.
Ben is the son of one of our former servers from many moons ago. When Ben had expressed an interest in culinary his mother suggested that I could be a good mentor. I‘ve trained several young aspiring culinary hopefuls in my time here at Santé. Ben is definitely a stand out.
He started with us at 15 washing dishes as his first job. He quickly demonstrated a willingness to learn and work hard, traits hard to inspire and even harder to find in a modern world of social media dreams to make it big easy.
Ben progressed to food prep, then dessert plating and prep, then garde manger and hot appetizer, then pasta station and ultimately cooking the very challenging hot food station.
Ben has now turned 18 and is graduating HS. He has signed up for the marines and goes to boot camp in July.
For those Chefs in the business you will truly appreciate how this young man was reliable and could do almost everything in the kitchen. He would work any station where he would be needed without complaint and do it like a rockstar.
I watched this shy, timid and uncertain young man grow into a confident bad ass chef. It has been my honor and pleasure to mentor him.
I know he will continue to achieve great things in life and we look forward to following his career as he pursues his goals.
