The Teal Diva Lowcountry 5k is now the Stronger Together 5k. Teal Diva is collaborating with two amazing nonprofits: NothingPink and SC Ovarian Cancer Foundation with a goal to reach more survivors and patients in the Lowcountry. Survivor Paddle Day. Such a great time with these ladies today. The weather cooperated and the water was calm. We had good chats. Thank you once again to @confluenceoutdoor for the donation of the boats last year. Another survivor said she was headed to buy one today because she loved it so much - she said it boosted her confidence being on the water today. Be on the look out for our next meetup.

Celebrating a woman {Lindsey} who is celebrating her one year Cancerversary. One year ago, she wasn’t certain she would be here a year later. But here she is. And to celebrate? She held a health and wellness fair to educate others on cervical cancer. January is Cervical Cancer Awareness month. This cancer is mostly preventable with the HPV vaccination.
