So many times I hear some foolishness like this and I wonder how ppl's mind works. There's no way you're going to lose any weight if there's no change in how you eat and if you don't workout. GOOD LUCK WITH TRYING THOUGH!!!
Gotta give a Born Day shout out to the hardest workers I know . She doesn’t know how to sit down because she wants to always stay ready. If staying ready was a face, it would definitely be her face. Her work ethic is unmatched and I enjoy being her trainer/big brother (she swear she my momma some times). She came thru and was a part of me and my wife’s wedding as our Flower woman! She’s absolutely family and will always be! Happy Born Day from the Fletcher and TWC family Cee!!!
Know what you're putting into your body. Stop putting money in these doctors pockets. They won't give you a way to get healthy because they'll lose money, so they will continue to keep you feeling like you need them. Eat healthy and know what you're eating!!!
There's no way around getting to the gym, or doing something to make you sweat, and eating right to get to your health/fitness goal. Stop trying to find ways to get out of doing it right and go get it done!!! It will be difficult and you will struggle but it will all be worth it in the end!! You want to be great then work for it.
Yes it's the weekend and we all have had a rough work week but that's no reason to sit on the couch all day and not do anything to sweat. Get up and get something done, that makes you sweat!!!!!
No excuses, no quick fix, no miracle pills. Just hard work and determination to get it done. TWC family working hard to get to their goals.
This "Maybe Tomorrow" is guaranteed results to stay exactly where you are. If you are comfortable where you are then continue this program. If you're tired of being in this program then get off your butt and get after it. There's no other ways around getting to your health/fitness goals. No miracle pills or shorts cuts will get your there and sustain it.
You get out what you out in!! It wont be easy but it will be worth it!!
So I wanted to post this because I want to encourage someone! There’s people that are watching you, and you’re inspiring them to stay after it, and may never know. I received this message from someone that follows me on Snap. We’ve never met nor are we in the same city! People, that know me, know that I’m not the best at posting but I try to post as much as possible. I’m not posting this to be recognized. I’m posting this for it to be an inspiration to someone. You never know who’s watching you and being inspired by you. Always get up and get after it and push someone else to be better as well. The phrase “IRON SHARPENS IRON” is real. Even if you have a set back. We all have them but not everyone stays down. Some people get back up, dust themselves off, and start pushing again! Let’s continue to encourage one another and be better versions of ourselves DAILY!!!

Full Body Friday was definitely a great way to end our week. Let’s not cheat ourselves and pretend to work. We get out what we put in. There’s no short cuts and absolutely no quick fixes. Either you work for it or you stay where you are. The choice is ultimately yours!!
Please do not give up on yourself. Get up and be GREAT and not mediocre. You have to be extremely uncomfortable so stop pretending to do and get up and and get it done! You can either have results or excuses, there’s no room for both!!
Effort and Consistency is where you'll find the changes that you are looking for. When you bring those two things, on a daily basis, then that's when change happens.
My people, from the last gym I trained in, came thru and got that work in with us! LEGendary Day on a Monday was a great way to stay our week. Get you a group of people that push you to be great and not allow you to settle!!

The first stretching session was great. It was a lot of fussing at me but the ladies felt better at the end of the session. Thank you ladies for coming out and allowing me to take you through some stretches. People fail to realize how important stretching is. It is extremely important to stretch before and after each workout.
