🍷🍸Getting our wine cocktail game back on with this perf-for-fall Spiced Pear🍐Collins.
👉1 blend lemon juice, rosemary & sliced pears to make a purée and strain
👉make a simple syrup by simmering 1/2 c water, 1/2 c sugar, 1 oz cloves and a rosemary sprig till boiling, then refrig
👉shake with ice 1 1/2 oz purée, 3/4 oz syrup, 3/4 oz lemon juice, 1 1/2 oz gin, pour into rocks glass and top with BL Bubbles or Bubbles Rosé
