O Come, O Come Emmanuel!
We praise our Savior born with worship tonight (Christmas Eve) at 7pm with Lesson and Carols, led by our Sunday School children, and tomorrow (Christmas Day) with the Divine Service at 10am. Join us as we welcome our Lord who comes with salvation.

This third week of Advent we sing "Come O Dayspring. Come O King of the Nations." Join us tomorrow (12/20) at 6:30 pm for worship as we look forward to Christ's birth.

We continue our Advent Midweek Worship tonight (12/13) at 6:30pm meditating on and singing "O Come, O Come, Emmanuel." Join us as we look forward to the coming One who is the Root of Jesse and Key of David.

Our Advent Midweek Worship begins tomorrow night, Wednesday 12/6 at 6:30pm. This year we're meditating on the famous hymn "O Come, O Come, Emmanuel" and the seven Great "O" Antiphons that proclaim who Jesus is, and what He does . Join us tomorrow as we worship our Savior who is Wisdom and Lord!

Thank you to everyone who came to the Roast Beef Benefit Dinner and Silent Auction, and to all who helped serve. It was a successful night supporting the students at St. John's Lutheran Church & School - Mattoon, Illinois (St. John's Lutheran School) and One Stop Community Shop.

We sing with all the saints in glory this Sunday as we observe and celebrate All Saints' Day. Come and participate in the never ending celebration of Christ our Savior who's overcome death and sorrow and gives us new life!

Join us for the return of the Roast Beef Benefit Dinner and Silent Auction, Saturday Nov 4, 4-7 pm. Free will donations will be accepted at the door. Funds raised from the dinner will go to support St. John's Lutheran Church & School - Mattoon, Illinois (St. John's Lutheran School)and their new school building. Proceeds from the Silent Auction will support One Stop Community Christmas Shop.

We keep the Kolbus family in our thoughts and prayers as we remember Joyce, who was called to her heavenly home on Sept 17. There will be a memorial visitation for her at Schilling's Funeral Home on Oct 30, 4-6pm, with a prayer service following immediately after the visitation at Schilling's.
