Doll cakes have definitely evolved since I was little. When I was 4/5, I insisted on getting a doll cake for my birthday. After we sang happy birthday, I pulled that doll out so quick and so excited…. Only to discover it didn’t have legs!! 😱 I will forever be scarred by this adolescent trauma.
