✨ Legacy Dance Company-Mauldin-Update ✨

Hey everyone! I want to take a moment to share some updates about our studio. As many of you know, we’ve been working hard to provide a space where our dancers can thrive, build confidence, and share their passion for dance. However, we’ve faced some unexpected challenges recently.

🛠️ Studio Issues: We’ve had significant water damage in the studio, and it’s been a tough journey dealing with the aftermath. The damage forced us to close the studio since 8/20/24, and we’ve been going back and forth with the landlord to resolve these issues, including repairs and replacements of our dance flooring. It’s been a difficult time, but we’re doing everything we can to ensure a safe and healthy environment for everyone.

💪 Moving Forward: Despite all of this, we remain committed to our students. Dance is so much more than movement—it’s a chance for these kids to grow in confidence, make lifelong friends, and learn valuable life skills. We are shifting our season by two weeks and will be starting classes September 23rd.

These girls are ready to perform at DISNEY WORLD! 🤩 In December these dancers will get to do an onstage performance in a Disney park, and perform down Main Street USA in a Disney Parade! We can’t wait to see the Legacy Dancers Shine! ✨ 🏰

Meet Miss Mina 🤍 Miss Mina grew up dancing under the instruction of Mrs. Ashley, and her Legacy continues on as she is now teaching for us! We have loved watching her grow throughout her dance journey. We are so lucky to have her!

Meet Miss Morgan! 💚 We can’t wait to have Miss Morgan back with us for another year! Her love for children and dance makes her an exceptional teacher and a valuable asset to Legacy Dance 🫶🏼

Meet Mrs. Jordan! 💛 Mrs. Jordan and Mrs. Ashley grew up dancing together and competed on the same competition team as young dancers! They were little dance besties and are still dancing together as adults, working and sharing their love for dance with the future generation 🫶🏼

Meet Miss Jenaiah! It will be Jenaiah’s second season with us, but it feels like we have known her forever! We love her being part of the Legacy Family! 🤍

Meet Mrs. Bridgette! 💜 Fun fact: Mrs. Bridgette and Mrs. Ashley grew up dancing together, and have known each other for 27 years 😱 One of the many reasons the Legacy Dance Company name makes so much sense 🫶🏼 Join our dance family this season!

👋🏼 Meet Our Owner: Ashley!

The heart and soul behind our dance studio. ❤️ Ashley’s love for dance started at a young age, and she firmly believes that her talent and passion for dance were God-given gifts. Not only was she blessed with the ability to dance, but she also has the gift of teaching—a combination that makes her an incredible mentor for our students.

Ashley is married and a proud mom to two beautiful daughters, Ayla and Cielle. Ayla is following in her mom’s footsteps and is already shining on the Tiny Team at our studio! Passing on her love for dance to her daughter and seeing Ayla’s passion grow is a true testament to the legacy she’s building, both at home and in the studio.

What sets Ashley apart is her deep commitment to each student’s personal growth. She pours her heart into teaching not just dance, but also self-confidence and a love for the arts. Under her guidance, the studio has become a supportive and nurturing community where every dancer can thrive.

We’re so grateful to have Ashley leading our studio and helping our dancers reach their full potential.

These beauties represented Legacy so well at Encore Nationals with DIAMOND 💎 adjudications and taking home wins in their categories! Their hip hop duet placed 3rd overall, and Breeleigh’s solo placed 4th overall! Breeleigh made it to the final round of the title competition, she was one of the top 5 title finalist after the improv portion, and she answered an onstage interview question coming in 2nd runner up for title at Encore Grand Finals! ⭐️⭐️⭐️ now we are officially onto the next season!
