Jacky’s is partnering with Sunshine to make three special ice cream flavors! The first one is Carrot Cake! Their award-winning carrot cake and our signature homemade vanilla is a taste combination to die for!

They must have been so amazed that they forgot how to park???

This post is just a bit of shameless self promotion. In addition to running Jacky’s, we just opened a commercial kitchen in Toledo.

The Toledo Commercial Kitchen is a commissary kitchen designed to meet the needs of mobile, retail, and atypical food businesses in need of licensed kitchen space. We have a full cook line with ranges, conventional ovens, charbroiler, and steam kettle. Multiple convention ovens and specialty equipment including a 60-quart stand mixer. Prep space galore and tons of storage (dry, refrigerated, and frozen).
