Just a quick update for folks following our distillery rollout and reopening.

First I want to say thank you to everyone that stopped in during our initial NA rollout. We tested the waters with NA options while waiting for multiple distillery production licenses to be approved and the response was amazing. So to answer your questions about NA we will continue with our large NA selection of beers, wines and cocktails once we reopen as a production distillery.

Our menu has changed a bit with the addition of high quality hand cut steaks and several new bistro style dishes that we are excited to share with everyone. We plan on a short delivery and pickup only restart soon then a full reopening once our final state liquor licenses are granted.

Our entire lineup of award winning spirits including the Discovery Channel Moonshiners Collaborations with Moonshiners Huck and Dustin Croy from Moonshiners Master Distiller will be available for purchase and sampling. You can also enjoy cocktails made with your favorite Flatrock spirit.

Thank you 🙏 for your patience it’s been a tough road getting the space ready, cutting thru red tape and installing our equipment. Stay tuned for our DoorDash delivery restart of the new menu.

Are you ready for Maumee, Ohios first legal production distillery? Distilling equipment is in place now we wait for the final piece of the 🧩. Our federal manufacturing license is approved now we just need the state to sign off and we can open. Chef Trinity has added a few amazing dishes to our menu including steaks! Cooked to perfection on our custom grill. We can’t wait to share with our customers our new menu, drink menu and of course Flatrock Distilling Company award winning spirits that you can take home from our bottle shop.

We are super excited to bring our award winning spirits to the Toledo area.

The Distillery classroom lab area! Demos, lectures, guest speakers and hands on classes in mash making, putting together a still and more. If you ever wanted to learn how to create a mash or run a still we will have you covered. Classes start forming later this summer.

Thank you to everyone that stopped out to visit us over the past few months! It’s been great getting to know so many amazing people on our journey. We will be closed for awhile while we finish prepping the building for the next phase of our plans for our space in Fallen Timbers. With the approval of our Federal Distilling License and anticipated Ohio distillery production and brewpub license we will become the first legal production distillery in the history of Maumee, Ohio and join the growing list of production distilleries in the Toledo area. The space will house our Toledo production unit, bottle shop, brewpub, distillers classroom and tasting lounge. Visitors will be able to not only try a sample of our products but also enjoy a cocktail made with our artisan spirits including Star Hucks Pear Corn Whiskey, RICH REGAL Strawberry Glow Moonshine and Whey Jennings Bloody Butcher Bourbon. We also have a full lineup of award winning spirits coming including bourbons, flavored moonshines, whiskey, rum, agave spirits and gin. These spirits will be available for sale by the bottle to go.
