Things come up! We're human and we forget, it happens. As understanding as I am, I must inforce a no show policy thats already been in effect.
*❌ If you No show an appt. A 50% charge of the service you were scheduled for, will be reguired to reschedule as a NO Show fee.❌ *

Its official!! We have the go ahead to open, May 15th!! I have begun my call list, I am contacting all pre-scheduled people, and moving forth through my list of everyone who has reached out. 🙏 please be patient, as I am doing the best I can to accommodate 💗
Under new guidelines, the following new rules have been placed ~

*If you are symptomatic, or anyone in your house hold is symptomatic YOU MUST CANCEL APPT.
* You must wait in your car and text me, "HERE" when you arrive. I will let you know when you can come in.
*You must have/bring a mask to enter salon.( I have ordered masks, but have yet to receive them. But will hopefully have available for purchase soon, if you don't have your own to bring)
*wash hands when you enter, before we start service

Update*****
As many of you may have heard, Salons are not on the openings list, as governor Dewine announced today. We still are not sure of a date in which we will be able to open. This is hard for all of us! I know many of you are well over due, and I'm right there with ya! I'm anxious to get back to work , but at the same time , I know due to the "NEW REQUIREMENTS " that will be implemented, we are not prepared with all proper PPE , frankly because its just not available. This hopefully gives us time to prepare. Which I'm sure was part of the issuse to getting us open. I will keep you informed, as I get any new updates. MISS YOU ALL!! 💕

As of now, we still are unsure of a opening date. We are hoping for May 1st, however that decision needs to be made by our governor. In the comments, I have posted the email I received this morning.

Also, I plan to work hard at getting everyone in as needed. I have a list, of all of you who had pre scheduled appointments already in my book. I will be calling you to get you rescheduled. Also discussing the new procedures and policies that will be in order. From there I will accommodate everyone else Requests for appointments , and do my best to accommodate everyone.

I cannot give a return date since we are unsure of how this situation will playout. What we do know is we will definitely be closed through April and will be taking it one day at a time after that. The nature of what we do obviously requires very CLOSE physical contact and I want to protect YOU as much as protecting MYSELF and FAMILY. I am very sorry it has come to this, but following the SOCIAL DISTANCING advice to help protect US ALL, is of most importance.

I sadly must announce, if some have not heard from today's announcement. Salons are ordered to close effective today😞. I hope and pray this will run its course and we can be back to serve you ASAP.
