Tonight’s event consisted of trompo, beef fajita, chicken fajita, a corn bar, a loaded potato bar, crispy beef tacos, mini beef empanadas, a tamale bar, ceviche, shrimp cocktail, and a table full of sweet treats including Mexican candies, our homemade flan, and mini churros!
