Windsor Las Palmas Nursing and Rehabilitation Center
We provide short and long-term skilled nursing care that helps older adults achieve true wellness. We are a non-profit, and thatβs an important difference.
Our focus is on strengthening the families and communities we care for. Post-operative care, Wound Care, IV Therapy, and an in-house rehabilitation team are some services that make our facility different. Unlike others who contract their therapists, we have an in-house therapy team. This means our goal is to have patients and residents see the same occupational, speech, or physical therapists daily, which builds a strong line of trust and rapport.
We are incredibly grateful for the thoughtful thank you card from a family in our community. Your kind words mean the world to us and inspire our team!
Thank you for your appreciation! ππ
