WHEN CAN I START RUNNING?
This is a common question I get from postpartum moms. In addition to having a pelvic floor assessment by a pelvic floor physical therapist (or OBGYN, UROGYN, etc. to ensure optimal pelvic organ support), you should be able to perform this movement steadily and easily prior to running. This is just one indication that the muscles stabilizing your pelvic girdle are strong enough to offer adequate support.
Surprise visit from Natalie at work = MOMMY&ME WORKOUT... because who would rather do paper work than hear that little giggle. Also, I tried-but Natalie could only sit at a desk and draw for 1 minute tops.
Use your own judgement when exercising with your baby. These videos are not intended to diagnose or treat and not all exercises are safe for everyone. Take age, size, and mental maturity into consideration when making modifications. But most importantly, have fun!!!
