Robotic assisted Ovarian Cystectomy. The surgery is to remove as much as possible of the cyst wall to disrupt it growth again. This patient had multiple cysts as seen and surgery was a success and preserve as much as possible of the the ovarian tissue.
With robotic surgery patient usually goes home’s the same day with much faster and less painful recovery than traditional surgery.

When I do gender ultrasound in the clinic: it’s a Boy.

This is a cornual ectopic pregnancy. Extremely rare occurrence and one of the most deadly ones.
Patient did very well after robotic surgery and was able to go home same day after the surgery.

Uterine Window: paper thin see through layer keeping the fluid/sac intact. The uterine muscle has already separated and weakened and barely holding the pregnancy.
This is the results of previous c-section. Can happen after first c-section or multiple.
This will bring nightmare and potential loss of life of the baby and mother.
You can see under my finger the baby hair inside the sac floating.
This patient was luck and her baby was beautiful.
