Storehouse Community Church

Storehouse Community Church

We make disciples of Jesus through the proclamation of God's word, life in community, and by equipping the saints for the work of ministry in McAllen.

We are a church that is saturated in the gospel and exists to declare and demonstrate the beauty of Jesus to the heart of McAllen!

God in the Silence | Silent Saturday 2024 03/30/2024

Jesus' body lay in a tomb, the disciples are scared and scattered, and wondering why God is silent and whether or not they will share the same fate as their friend, teacher, and Lord.

On a day that seems hopeless, Silent Saturday reminds us that just because it seems as though God is silent, doesn't mean He's not at work. We invite you to watch our brief video devotional on Psalm 139 this Silent Saturday:

This Saturday morning, we will be releasing a short devotional for Silent Saturday. A day that is often overlooked in the church calendar. Jesus has been buried and lies in a tomb. The disciples are scattered and scared and God seems silent. However, His silence does not mean He is absent or not at work.
