• i do require a $10 NON REFUNDABLE deposit to book so please be deposit ready! 🤍 the deposit can be paid through cashapp & the rest i do prefer to be paid in CASH.

• i have a 10 minute grace period. which means you have 10 mins after your booked time to show up. 🤍 IF you are running late because of traffic or any inconvenience like that PLEASE make me aware! 🥺 if you do not let me know you’re running late & the 10 mins pass i will be left to reschedule you. remember most facials are 40 minutes to an hour 🤍 & we need to be restful to others who have appointments after ✨

• NO CALL/ NO SHOWS will automatically lose their deposit & will not be accepted as a client. i do try to send messages before your appointment to confirm & you do get sent reminders so if you do not confirm or don’t show day of appointment, you can’t be accepted as a client.

• life happens & is very unpredictable but PLEASE let me know hours in advance if you will be rescheduling. 🙏🏻 you have one chance to reschedule your appointment, second time your deposit will be lost & you will have to send a new one 💗
