Good morning everyone just wanted to share this story regarding our program, AEDT partnered with Border Issues of Texas to help develop a master plan for their project of providing low income houses to residents. Channel 5 did an interview of a couple of students and the instructors.

STC partners with non-profit to design affordable housing South Texas College architecture students are collaborating with a non-profit to help design affordable housing in the Rio Grande Valley.

Super grateful to Commissioner Alvarez & the Texas Workforce Commission for the Jobs & Education for Texans (JET) Grant awarded to our Architectural & Engineering Design Technology program! The new equipment (3D printers and AR Sandboxes) will assist us in training more of our students and will help the students develop skills that will continue to make them marketable in the workforce.

Congratulations to our AEDT Kenedy Scholarship recipients! Also to all the faculty that worked hard to reach out to all our students! 🙌🏼
