They gave a ticket to one of my tenants spouse, the husband of a franchisee of Farmers Insurance, for “failure to have an occupancy permit” on leased space.

The building itself has been in operation for 20 years. All necessary occupancy permits for the building have been obtained.

The husband was just there the day the inspector went by. Husband is not on the lease.

The actual franchisee went to city to obtain whatever permit they claimed necessary and was denied.

No more activity occurred until they got served with an an arrest warrant for the husband for rhis nonsense.

I reached out to all commissioners and the city attorney.

The city attorney shot me the finger and rhe commissioners said and did nothing.

I warned them we would involve the press, that time has now come.

A state has no right to impact other states rights via a federal election. Colorado’s electoral votes, should they be withheld, could be the very votes that determine an election in his favor. That COULD affect/impact other states desires to elect him should they do so…and for that reason alone it will fail.
