This Saturday, September 7, at 10:00am, Pregnancy Resource Centers of the RGV will be hosting an Education Class for First Time Mothers! If you are pregnant for the first time, or just recently had your first child, please come out & join us at 3103 E Jefferson Ave, Alton Tx, 78573, as we discuss prenatal/postpartum care, as well as debunk some common myths on pregnancy & newborn stages! 🤔
A free Baby Gift Basket will be given after completion of the class. 🧺

Today and tomorrow we are hosting the Libre Institute as they provide a camp for teenagers to learn more about our government. The facilitators traveled from Houston, Dallas, South Carolina, and Georgia! We’re excited to invest in the next generation!

Last time we tried to host this, there was a hurricane threat and we had to cancel. It’s been rescheduled for Monday, July 29 and Tuesday, July 30. Orientation will be on Sunday at 6:00 PM. This camp is for teenagers. Use the QR code on the flier to register your teenager. Space is limited!

I have personally been there those last days of the month where I'm completely out of formula, out of funds, & praying to God to find the means to feed my baby the next couple of days until my WIC falls in for the new month. If that's you right now, PRAYER ANSWERED!
These cans will expire July 1, 2024, and we would hate to see them go to waste. If you are a Momma in need of any of these formulas, please stop by our office at 2021 W Jackson Ave, Ste 9, McAllen Tx, tomorrow between 1:30pm-3:30pm.
One can per family/client. No appointment necessary. First come, first serve.

We would love to know why you haven't registered for our women's conference yet! If it's one of these reasons, we may be able to help you figure it out!
1. We have childcare available for that day! The Kids Day is always a BIG hit and the kids usually don't even want to go home at the end of the day! It only costs $5/kid (much less than a typical babysitter!) and it includes lots of fun, all their materials, and food!
2. Confused how to register? Registration is via link and t's easy and only takes a few minutes, at most. If that is overwhelming, we can work out at time for you and register in person. Reach out to us via Messenger!
3. If $40 sounds like a lot and is just not in your budget, remember that the $40 includes a LOT, including lunch, all your materials, and a full day of rich programming. As you consider the cost, ask yourself how much you spend on coffee, eating out, or even going to the movies. I guarantee you this day will be worth every dollar! (We do have limited scholarships available, but we desire to use them wisely for those who truly cannot afford to come). Reach out via Messenger if you desire to know more.
4. If you just love your Saturday rest day and can't imagine spending the whole day away from your house, think about it as a DIFFERENT type of rest! You will have day filled with fellowship with other ladies, food that YOU don't have to prepare, and spiritual refreshment as you learn from God's Word! Sometimes THAT'S JUST what you need!
5. If you're out of town or have a previous commitment, we will miss you, but, unfortunately, we can't change your calendar! We wish you well in whatever you have going on as we gather together!

We finished out week 2 of Taylor Community Center's Basketball Camps for 2024 and it was a great time. Many are already talking about camp next summer 2025 at TCC.
