Quips 'N' Quotes is a local family owned gift store established in 1972. We have two stores located in McAllen and Harlingen, Texas.
Quips 'N' Quotes offers "50,000 things to make somebody happy" - our motto! We strive to provide our customers with the best of Texas hospitality year long.
Our Holy Cow coffee shop is marvelous and a major attraction in our store where customers can sit down and enjoy coffee or tea, breakfast, or lunch. Some of our gift lines include Pura Vida, Demdaco, Vera Bradley, Jim Shore, Yeti, Corcicle, Tervis, Hallmark, Yellowbox shoes, Cross pens, Precious Moments, Circle E Candles, Funko, Crocs, Swarovski Crystal, Godiva, Melissa & Doug Toys, Willow Tree, and TY.
Our business has many special events planned throughout the year for our customers. We have two "Ladies Night Out" events scheduled for the Spring & Fall. Our yearly "Holiday Open House"is an anticipated attraction and customers find fabulous deals during early holiday shopping.
Quips 'N' Quotes participates in the annual national American Express Small Business campaign. Customers are eligible for special offers and have an opportunity to shop in our store and show their support for local small businesses in our community.
