Beginning August 26, 2024, the South Texas College Pecan Campus Library will present "State Fair," an exhibition produced by the Dolph Briscoe Center for American History at The University of Texas at Austin, presented in partnership with Humanities Texas, the state affiliate of the National Endowment for the Humanities.

South Texas College Library Art Gallery and Art Department present the 15th annual South Texas Ceramic Showdown titled "Luck and Skill: Collaborations Over Space and Time." This event and exhibit features Ceramic Artist Angelina Aispuro, ceramic and multimedia artist Larry Yáñez, and photographer Gordon Fong, along with collaborative ceramic constructions by 9 college institutions.
This two-day event will take place Wednesday, June 5th and Thursday, June 6th at the Pecan Campus Ceramics Studio with clay demonstrations on both days, a photography artist talk, and an exhibition reception with Angelina, Larry, and Gordon in the evening at the Pecan Campus Art Gallery.
