We’re hosting cooking classes again and we couldn’t be more excited!!! On Wednesday we’re hosting our classic grilling course! We’ll be teaching y’all how to get a great seat on anything you cook! On Thursday we’ll be doing a whole bunch of dips, sauces, salsas and more!!! We’ll be grilling proteins and eating all the sauces and salsas we make with whatever we cook and I couldn’t be more excited! See y’all soon!
Ayer cosechamos muchas verduras y hierbas del rancho de mi familia @provenza_ranch que se usarán en @diegosfoodtruck_ me encanta usar la variedad de cosas que salen del rancho por el sabor único que tiene nuestra tierra Yesterday we harvested a whole bunch of herbs and vegetables from @provenza_ranch to use throughout the week at @diegosfoodtruck_ !! I love using the variety of greens that @provenza_ranch produces bc of our great soil and all the love we put into what we serve We’ll be closing next week bc Diego is going to Turkey 🇹🇷 to take cooking classes! So come on by and get your paella fix or some steak this week!
I appreciate everyone who has come out and ordered during this time that we are stuck doing curbside. Y’all really help keep the fire going!❤️ All this waiting around is building up so much hype for our new food trailer!!! I can’t wait to fire up that new bbq pit and incorporate some new flavors into our menu! I really really really really really really really can’t wait to go back to our regular spot at the McAllen Food Truck Park. I miss our spot but we’ll be back soon! In the meantime, we’ll be at our pecan location serving up some cool, fun, and tasty food tonight❤️

I love being back where I belong. Dancing around with hot pans and big flames is my home and what better way to start the week than with Paella night! When I cook I love to layer flavors over flavors with a dash of flavor. My food wouldn’t be Diego Style if if you can’t see love and passion oozing out of it. Today, I’m going to dance the day away with a red hot paella pan until it’s time to say goodbye and get ready for dinner service at 5:30. I have a super good feeling about tonight’s paella so come out and try it if you never have!
