Good day golfers!

The time has come, and we couldn’t be more excited. Tee times will be available starting tomorrow Wednesday, May 24th. You will be able to book 14 days in advance. Download the app in your smartphone app store (McCall Golf Club is name of app) or book online (www.mccallgolfclub.com) for the quickest way to secure your 2023 Tee Times. Please book an accurate number of players while securing your times. We do reserve the right to pair twosomes and singles with groups that show up with less than they were booked for. Please prepare to show up and check into the golf shop for your reservations 15 minutes prior to your tee time. Showing up at your tee time may result in shifting your reservation to a later time. All players must check in with the golf shop and 1st Tee Host prior to playing.

When renting a cart, you must have a valid DL and be 16 years old. Carts will only be allowed for the two players, (Spectators will be charged a normal cart fee) and children above the age of 5 will be allowed on the cart or golf course. Private carts must also adhere to these guidelines. We appreciate everyone’s attention and assistance.

At this time, we will be utilizing Aspen/Cedar as our 18-hole golf course. The ability to play 9 holes off the back (Cedar) will be available soon (first hour of each day), however currently we will be starting all play off Aspen 1. We appreciate your understanding. As you may know, Birch 9 will be undergoing a well-deserved tee area renovation. Birch 9 will remain closed until further notice. We are excited about the project and ask that you remain off Birch for all activities. If you live on the course, please check in with the golf shop before playing on the golf course. We realize jumping onto the course to play a few holes may not seem like a disruption, but we kindly ask you to check in. We are more than happy to find you a time and our group to play with.

Passes will remain for sale in the Golf Shop until Friday the 26th. At that time, you will only be able to purchase online. Purchasing online is ALWAYS available. We do expect to sell passes again in the shop, at a later date.

Annual Private Cart, Seasonal lockers, Cart Punch Passes, 10 Round Punch cards, Range Punch Cards, will all be available starting Thursday in the golf shop. Private Carts will not be allowed for usage unless you have purchased your 2023 Trail Fee sticker. If you plan on buying one of these options, we ask attempt to purchase prior to showing up for your initial tee time.

As of yesterday, we ask that you remain off the golf course. Our winter season of walking, riding, and using the golf course cart paths has expired for the winter season. We please ask you to adhere, as we have maintenance workers getting the golf course ready. The golf course opens Saturday, the 27th.

The Practice Facility is unavailable currently; however, we are working diligently to get it open prior to Saturday. We ask you refrain from hitting your own balls on our practice facility. Tokens may be purchased in the golf shop. We have installed a wonderful new mat and will be utilizing our new mat until further notice. Kindly refrain from using the grass at our practice facility for any practice or warm up needs. The new mat does allow a normal length tee.

Remember that all outside Alcohol is NOT PERMITTED at any time. All Alcohol MUST be purchased from the golf course. We will ask you to return your beverages to your car prior to playing. Our Player Assistants, and 1st Tee Host will be monitoring this guideline daily. Again, we appreciate your help.
