We continue to make improvements to our property making it the perfect rental for your vacation. A few weeks ago, we cut down 5 trees that were diseased and two of which were leaning towards the house. We also added another set of steps on the north side of the deck. We replaced one of the old sliding doors with a regular hinged door with built in blinds in between the glass panes. And lastly, we re-mulched the front of the house.

It’s been a busy summer with some really great reviews. Hope you get a chance to rent the place out sometime!

Lake Level was 470.62 ft and rising

Discharge was 181 cfs and will be increasing througout the day to approximately 540 cfs

We are going to also start posting the tailwater reading as well: Tailwater is 34.40 ft and rising

Rough River at Dundee was 9.49 ft

Winter pool November 2017

We did it. We added a new HVAC heat pump system to add to your comfort needs when staying at our place. We are also in the process of Re-landscaping the front of our house. Lastly, a new stand up shower was added to our master bedroom bath- all the more reason to select our home on Rough River Lake for your next getaway!
