Wash regularly. Your skin is covered in a layer of dead skin, oil, and good bacteria that help prevent harmful things from entering your body. Showering washes this layer away.

Have short showers or baths in warm water. Bathing in hot water and for too long strips helpful and necessary oils from your skin.

Pat your skin dry. Instead of rubbing dry with a towel when you’ve finished bathing, gently pat your skin with a towel and let the remaining moisture air dry.

Consume foods high in vitamins A, C, and E. These vitamins provide different benefits, but they all contribute to healthy skin. Vitamin C can boost the collagen and elastin in your skin, and these proteins prevent wrinkles, lines, and sagging.

A skin-care treatment often referred to as a "vampire facial," or platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy is a mask made out of a component of your very own blood — not anyone else's — is spread all over your face to rejuvenate your complexion. Plasma fibroblast therapy targets fibroblasts. These are collagen– and protein-producing cells in the dermis, the layer of skin just below your outermost skin layer.

Fibroblasts play an important role in helping skin wounds heal as well as maintaining skin firmness and tightness. Plasma fibroblast therapy uses a pen-like device that discharges a high-frequency electric current to small areas of the skin. When it comes to beauty products, black women are often overlooked. We face multiple barriers that limit our ability to access the products we need and desire.

One of these issues is finding the right products that are appropriate for us and adequately priced. When I think about the importance of skincare, I’m reminded of how black women have been historically underserved by the beauty industry.

Historically, black women were not willing to risk their own money or beauty standards to be recognized as beautiful. This led to a lot of skincare products being developed for white women but not necessarily for black women.

As a result, there aren’t as many products that specifically cater to black women. And since there aren’t that many products that specifically cater to black women, there aren’t too many options that work for everyone.

As a Licensed Black Esthetician and Educator, I'm here to help you with your concerns and skincare regimes. That is why we have decided to advocate for women of all nationalities and backgrounds and provide you with the ultimate Skincare line that is wonderful for both women, men, and teenagers.
