This is a fun new product—crab apple jelly! The apples are harvested locally and untreated with any chemicals. The beautiful ruby juice smelled like cherries. $5 per half pint.

Some of our items include fig butter, fig jam, spicy pickles, dill pickles, bread and butter pickles and tomatoes, spicy strawberry jam, blackberry jam, and onion jam.

Yesterday was so much fun at our first farmstand! We made new friends and visited with old ones. I also tried making a new canned item—balsamic herb onion jam, made from Vidalia onions. We will have some next week. Try it on a burger or as a topping for cottage cheese on toast!
