We make our delicious chicken salad by hand every morning, using only premium chicken tenderloin. Our recipes are crafted with the perfect combination of sweet and savory ingredients and our secret blend of spices
Your Thanksgiving spread isn't complete without deviled eggs! Try these Bacon Pimento Deviled Eggs, made with our signature Pimento Cheese, for a delicious twist on a classic appetizer! 🧀🥓 They're the perfect bite-sized addition to your holiday spread.
Ingredients
6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
1 Small Quick Chick of Pimento Cheese
¼ cup mayonnaise
4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
½ tsp salt
1 tsp ground pepper
Green onion for garnish
Steps
1. Slice hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the egg yolk with a spoon. Set the yolks aside.
2. In a medium-sized bowl, break the egg yolks into crumbles using a fork.
3. Add mayonnaise, bacon, salt, and pepper to the egg yolks, and mix until smooth.
4. Add the Pimento Cheese to the mixture and combine until all ingredients are well incorporated.
5. Transfer the filling mixture into a piping bag (or Ziploc bag with a hole cut in the corner), and squeeze the mixture into the egg whites.
6. Garnish the deviled eggs with chopped chives and place in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.

Try our Sassy Scotty Mummy Poppers! 🌶️ These jalapeño poppers are stuffed with our zesty Sassy Scotty chicken salad and wrapped in crescent roll strips for a fun mummy makeover. A little spicy, a lot delicious, and sure to disappear in no time! 👻
Ingredients
🎃 Large Quick Chick of Sassy Scotty
🎃 10 jalapeños, halved
🎃 1 (8 oz) can crescent rolls
🎃 40 sliced olives
Steps
1. Preheat oven to 400º.
2. Slice jalapeños lengthwise and remove the seeds.
3. Spoon Sassy Scotty into the jalapeño halves.
4. Unroll the crescent rolls. Push together 2 triangles, sealing them at the perforations. This will create 4 rectangles. Slice each rectangle lengthwise into 10 strips, making 40 total strips.
5. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño half with 2 crescent dough strips to resemble bandages.
6. Place the wrapped peppers on a baking sheet, cut side up. Bake for 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
7. Once they’re done, remove from the oven and add 2 olive slices to each mummy for eyes. Serve warm!
