Haven't posted in a while, but we're still here! A few of our hand-crafted salad dressings. Cilantro Chipotle and Curry dressings are also great on veggies.

GARLIC PARMESAN POTATO WEDGES RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS:
1. Three russet potatoes
2. 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
3. Two tsp. salt
4. Three tbsp. Henry B's Garlic Parmesan seasoning
5. Two tbsp. Henry B's Onions & Garlic Butter blend
5. 1 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
6. Fresh parsley or green onions for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 420 degrees. Scrub potatoes and slice into wedges. Place potatoes in large bowl, fill with cold water and stir in salt. Optional - add 1 tsp minced garlic and 1/4 sliced red onion to water mixture. Cover bowl and refrigerate for approximately one hour. Remove wedges from bowl and dry pat with paper towel. Place potatoes in a separate bowl, add olive oil and toss to coat. Add parmesan cheese and seasoning blends and toss again to coat. Place wedges on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes, then broil for 3 to 4 minutes. Let cool. Add garnish and blue cheese or ranch dipping sauce. EAT & ENJOY!
