We have become a FEMA vendor, hoping this will lead to some revenue generating opportunities so we can build up Waya Security. We are also looking to start providing Cybersecurity services for companies. It will begin with using CrowdStrike platforms and some others that will allow smaller companies to have affordable protections.

We want to eventually create a Security Operations Center 24/7 (SOC) so we can provide more services and a higher margin of profit which will allow us to pay more and provide Continued Education for our employees.

Still no updates. I will start creating a list and contacting you guys soon. Again, please understand that I am moving forward with the expectations that they will be able to pay invoices within a week or 2 so that I am able to pay you guys within a reasonable time. I am not going to move forward with this contract if they are not willing to do this. There is nothing worse than working for a company and having to wait over a month for your first paycheck.

I am also not going to ask you to add my company as one of your employers until I know for sure that I will be employing you guys. Also be advised that we still don't know the locations of the camps. If you know of any Level 2 or 3s that live on or near the border, please invite them to this page. I will do my best to employ them.

Still no new information. Keep an eye on the border news. As soon as I get updated information I will pass it on here. Ensure to send resumes to [email protected]. Once I get locations near the border I will be cutting off local recruiting so that I can recruit closer to the camp sites.

Those of you I have collected will be the only ones I will review and consider from the DFW area.

Today's meeting we discussed the Net Pay and Locations. The client is having a call tomorrow with DHS to discuss those locations. The shifts will be 8 hours, 3 shifts. I didn't bring up the laundry yet because we are not quite there yet on the negotiations.

They wanted to have us invoice them at the end of the month, and give them a month to pay my company, then I wouold be able to pay you guys. Notified them this would not be acceptable and I needed to invoice every week. Hoping they accept the terms.

Got a meeting set for Monday. Will provide the notes from it. Will be discussing shift hours, laundry, locations, and Pay Schedule. Keep in mind if you know someone that needs licensing I am also an Instructor and can License Levels 2-4 Security Officers.

Currently recruiting for a Refugee Camp Security Detail. Need armed and unarmed security officers. Still working on the hours worked, housing and food are covered.

I will update as I get answers. I am assuming this will kick off as soon as Title 42 has ended.

You will have to supply your own gear and uniform. Uniform will consist of grey polos and tan cargo pants. I will provide the lanyards and ID cards.

Once this contract begins it will be on 90 day task orders, meaning if the need is there, they will extend for another 90 days.

It is official as of 1 July 2021, Waya Security is also a training company for Levels 2-4. Please contact us if you need requals or training.

Ok, I have submitted to add a Training Section to the company so we can provide Levels 2, 3, and 4 Security Credential training. Once this is accomplished I will attend the LTC Instructor Course in Austin and then start providing the LTC as a by-donation block of instruction.

My first post on here, tomorrow I will be completing my TCOLE 40 Hour Basic Instructor Course. After this, I will be filing to upgrade to a Training Company and then I can instruct the Levels 2, 3, and 4 licenses. More to come.
