Since its creation, people have been able to connect with each other like never before. Friends and family can connect at any moment, and marketers have been able to reach consumers in an entirely new fashion. In fact, people use social media for an average of 144 minutes every single day. Because of its impact on society over the years, Social Media Day was born on June 30, and it has continued to grow in popularity ever since.

Our teams are currently gearing up for our 2023 We’ve Got Your Back events! 🎉 WGYB is an annual charity initiative that aims to provide every child residing at a Western Wealth Community with a brand-new backpack fully stocked with all the supplies they’ll need to start the school year off on the right foot! 📚🎒✂️✏️🎈

We are so proud to be a people-first company, and WGYB is just one way we’ve chosen to create a positive impact for the residents we serve and the communities where we work and live. 👧👦💛

From Red Velvet to classic vanilla, cupcakes are delicious! What is your favorite Cupcake?

Our “We’ve Got Your Back” program was created to help school-aged children get started on the right foot. WWC staff personally purchases school supplies from local businesses and organizes them into individual backpacks. The backpacks are distributed to WWC’s multifamily properties, with additional supplies donated to local charities. This initiative is part of our broader goal to create better communities for everyone.

July 11th kicks off our events, and our teams started receiving their backpacks and school supplies today!

We are extending our Health and Wellness Charity Drive through the end of June 2023. If you would like to contribute wellness products to help individuals struggling with hygiene poverty, you can drop off those donations at our leasing office. Hygiene poverty can result in social isolation and negatively affect health and mental well-being, as well as impact early childhood development, learning, employability, and social interaction.

Our goal is to work together to be a beacon of hope in the communities where we work and live. This is how we continue building our village and putting people first... The WWCo way. 🧡
