🙁Health problems do not always happen in the regular office hours and many times patients need to reach their doctor after hours for advise. In traditional insurance based model, it is extremely difficult to reach the doctor after hours. 🙁

🙁For acute illnesses, patients in traditional model are having to wait for days and sometimes weeks to see their doctor. Unfortunately, the acute illnesses cannot wait for that long and patients end up going to urgent care or ER or seek the care from tele-health platforms.
