This girl is such a light! She is definitely our sweetest on staff and is so intentional with everyone who walks through our doors. Collective & the McKinney community are blessed to have her!

A: this is my first barista job and i’ve been with collective for almost two months :)

A: an iced matcha with our pH delight syrup! (basically the tennessee but in matcha form🥳)

A: i touched THE flo rida’s knee at a free march madness concert in the spring of 2016 as a wee 12 year old just so i could answer a question like this🤠

Q: what's your favorite thing about working at collective?
A: i love getting to be intentional with each person who walks in! when i finally memorize peoples’ names and orders it’s very filling for me and for them, too, and just that can make all the difference in their day and in mine! i also love my coworkers, i have the best time with them 🥹
