How is it already September? 🙃 hopefully you’re enjoying a long weekend or at least appreciating the cooler temps!

We all know how temperamental Texas weather can be, and half the time we only get two seasons, BUT that doesn’t mean we won’t celebrate with fall flavors!! Over the coming weeks we’ll be transitioning our menu and we can’t tell you how excited we are. So, enjoy the berries because apples, pears, cinnamon, ginger, salted caramel, and pumpkin are coming your way 🙌🏼

Morning, y’all - we have several updates this week…

Dallas - only three St. Michael’s markets left! The last one is Sept 7th. As always, we will continue our weekly pre-order pick up in the same location. For pre-order only, now you can get our Country Sour pan loaf, yay!

Coppell - we are changing up the menu! Come try our Apricot Ginger Scone with Lime Glaze and Monkey Bread starting this Saturday.

McKinney - we added a new pastry recently that we intended to keep for a short time…but you love it so much it’s sticking around! Come try our Chile Pineapple Danish with Roasted Peanut Streusel ~ sweet, slight heat, salty, crunchy goodness.

Everyone - it’s Brioche Saturday, come early to snag your loaf!

Twice baked traditional croissant filled with rum syrup and frangipane (housemade pastry cream and almond cream) then topped with more frangipane, toasted almonds and powdered sugar.

Menu updates for this week: Elote Danish and Strawberry Vanilla Cream Danish are both available for pre-order now. Our French Onion Danish and Potato Leek Galette are being phasing out, so come get them while you can (if you want another savory option we still have our bacon cheddar chive scone…pictured). Remember to swing by the bakery on Wed/Thurs/Fri for our breakfast sandwich (starts at 7am) and pizza by the slice (starts at 11:30am).

Good morning, we have several updates this week!

In addition to our bacon, egg and cheese biscuit, you can get PIZZA by the slice!! Deets: breakfast sandwich starts at 7am and it’s made to order, allow an extra 10-15min. Pizza is available at 11:30am and we warm to order, allow an extra 5min. Both are first come first served on Wed/Thurs/Fri ONLY.

She’s baaaaaaack: Elote Danish >> street corn, pickled red onions, cilantro and cotija cheese. Pre-order now or first come first served at the bakery. (pictured)

NEWBIE: Strawberry Vanilla Cream Danish. Berries are from one of our favorites: Comeback Creek Farm in Pittsburg, TX. For now, this one is first come first served at the bakery.

Brioche is this Saturday! We only bake this once a month and there’s a limited quanity. How to get it: pre-order for pick up in Dallas or first come first served in McKinney.

We had so much fun at St. Michael’s market on Saturday, fingers crossed the weather continues to cooperate!

Mother’s Day is approaching and to celebrate we’re baking our chocolate cherry sourdough for the month of May. Starting this week, you can find it at the bakery on Thurs/Sat, OR you can pre-order for pick up in McKinney or Dallas.

Last but not least, we’re thrilled you’re loving our breakfast sandwich! Bacon, egg and cheese on a Bresnan biscuit? Yes please!! Remember, these are first come first served on Wed/Thurs/Fri. Please allow an extra 10-15min because we make them to order. They’re worth the wait, promise!! We hope you have a great week 😘
