Maintaining good dental hygiene is essential for children, as it greatly impacts their development and overall well-being. Teaching children how to properly care for their teeth at a young age sets them up for success, as they know how to chew correctly, eat healthy, and avoid tooth decay and pain.

It is important to wash your hands before using them to floss your teeth to prevent the spread of viruses and bacteria! It is recommended to wash your hands for at least 20 seconds! Singing “Happy Birthday” twice while washing will ensure you’ve scrubbed for 20 seconds! 🧼🦷
