Sabrina’s story...

Sabrina's childhood memories includes serving drinks to patrons at her father's small town cafe before being tall enough to reach the counter-top. Her father would lift her up or let her stand on a chair and show her how to make coffee and other drinks. She enjoyed tremendously hanging out at the cafe, running around between the tables and getting hugs from the regular patrons whom she considered family. Opening a cafe with the same nurturing environment was her lifelong dream. She never had the courage to make that very first step, until 2018...

Sabrina worked in social work for the past 16 years. Eight years ago, she purchased the cottage for a nonprofit she founded to enrich the lives of foster children. After closing the nonprofit, she moved ahead to pursue her lifelong dream and finally opened the cafe she always wanted! Now, her dream is to make the café successful enough so she can open the nonprofit back again to operate alongside the café!
