This gem of a two-bedroom, two-bath condo sold quickly at the asking price at $575,000 in . This sort of outcome is not a given in today’s condo market. But we did all the right things - cleaned it up, painted, replaced a few things that resulted in a big impact for a small investment, and priced it perfectly.
