The weather is perfect, the music is popping, the blooms are bountiful, and it's another fantastic Mebane Farmer's Market morning.

It's National Sunflower Day, so Stephanie painted some beautiful pots! Come check us out this morning at the this morning. The bluegrass band is lively, the weather is as pleasant as it's been in weeks, and the kids craft table is ready for your creative little peeps.

Today we welcomed 10 new laying hens to the farm. Nothing inspires you to finish the chicken tractor you started puttering on over a month ago like an impending chicken arrival deadline. Zelda and Hettie have already named them all. The girls have been in there feeding them figs and strawberries. 😀

Come visit us at the market this morning. While I am straight up roasting, my 9 year old just went to the bakery to buy Hot cocoa. So I guess there is something here for everyone. 🤷

Sorry we weren't at market today Mebane. We had the privilege of decorating a beautiful wedding for a really lovely couple at the . Oooh la la is the phrase that comes to mind. I can't wait to share the real photos. Here's a couple we took during the set up.

It's pretty sweet when two of my favorite things in the world collide. Teaching is my absolute dream job. I was really excited when the graduation committee asked me to use my side hustle skills to help beautify this year's graduation ceremony.

Miss Eastern pageant!

So grateful that and the chose Simple Gifts to do the flowers at tonight's Miss Eastern pageant. It was such a wonderful event. I'm really proud of all of the contestants!
