Twilight Days

Here we are in November. The twilight days of the year. The final harvest has been reaped. Traditionally, homesteaders were preserving their bounty for the Winter months. It was a matter of survival.

Today, with grocery stores all around, we've lost the connection to this important time of year. This is a time to reflect on the past 10 months. What foods, emotions, habits, patterns, even relationships no longer serve our highest good ? It's time to acknowledge them, and release them.

It's also a time to give thanks. Thanks for the harvest. Thanks for all the beautiful, and often small things that have happened in our lives during the year. As we enter the twilight days of this year, and the dawn of the new one with gratitude, then abundant blessings will befall upon us. Happy November!

Good morning, minha familia. We are born into this world not knowing what's going on. All we experience is that initial pain. The wheel of time begins to spin. We begin to develop self identity and think we know who we are. As the wheel spins, we begin to question our established self identity. A nagging voice begins to echo in the recesses of our minds. It's at that point that a personal epiphany happens. When you get there, nothing can stop you. Always remember. You are powerful. Find your bliss. When you do, mountains will crumble before you.

I want to thank everyone who came to my Sound Spa today in Greensboro, NC. It was the first time in a year and a half. The winds of change have blown, but I'm glad to be of service once again. It felt really good. Thank you also to Paula of Tranquil Waters Counseling for hosting this event. I couldn't have done it without her and her compassionate soul. Mark your calendars. My buddies are here at the new Mystic Grove Oils Wellness Center. Come by and meet Teddy Bear, Lady Bug, and Red. We have free riding lessons. You know animals have a way of healing us. These three will be a permanent feature here.
