As we transition into fall, deer are more active, especially during dawn and dusk. With that in mind, it’s important to be extra vigilant on the roads throughout the season.
Here are some tips to keep you safe:
1️⃣ Drive slowly, and stay alert. Reduce your speed, especially in rural and wooded areas.
2️⃣ Always scan the shoulders for deer. At night, watch for the reflection of deer eyes in your headlights.
3️⃣ If driving at dawn or dusk, use your high beams when appropriate to increase visibility.
4️⃣ It may be tempting, but try to avoid swerving. If a deer appears, it's much safer to immediately brake and hit the deer than to swerve and risk a more serious accident.
5️⃣ Keep an eye out for more deer. Where there’s one, there are usually more.
If you have an incident with a deer and need guidance on filing a claim, we are always here to help. Stay safe and drive carefully this season.

Life insurance isn’t just a smart choice. It’s a crucial step in securing your family’s financial stability and peace of mind.
Unfortunately, 52% of Americans avoid life insurance because they think it's too expensive. What’s more, 82% significantly overestimate its cost, often guessing three times higher than the actual figures.
Let’s look at the real numbers: As of April 2024, the average cost for a healthy 40-year-old purchasing a 20-year, $500,000 term life insurance policy is about $26 per month ($312 per year). However, a 30-year-old woman might pay approximately $205 per year for the same policy, while a 30-year-old man might pay around $352 per year.
Understanding these variations underscores the importance of getting a personalized quote that fits your unique needs and budget. Don’t let myths deter you from this vital protection.
Contact our team today for an accurate, personalized life insurance quote. We’re here to help you find an affordable plan that delivers the security your family deserves.

🕒 Set Timers on Lights: A lit home is a less tempting target. Timers can give the impression that someone is always home.
💧 Turn Off Water: Avoid the nightmare of burst pipes! Shut off your water main before you leave to prevent any potential water damage.
📬 Hold Your Mail: Overflowing mailboxes are a clear sign you're not home. Use online services to hold your mail, or ask a neighbor to collect it.
🚨 Inform Your Alarm Company: If you have a home security system, notify your alarm company about your travel plans. This helps ensure they stay alert to any unusual activity.

Did you know that one in seven drivers is uninsured, according to a 2023 Insurance Research Council survey?
Given how many uninsured drivers are on the road, it’s important for all Americans to know what to do in the event of an accident involving an uninsured driver.
With that in mind, we’re sharing an overview today of key steps:
🚓 Call the Police - A police report is essential when filing an insurance claim.
🪪 Exchange Information - Collect any details the other driver can provide, like their address and phone number.
📷 Take Photos - Document the damage to your vehicle as long as it's safe to do so.
📝 Document Everything - Note down everything about the incident, including VIN numbers and license plates.
🤐 Be Mindful of Your Words - Anything you say can be noted in the police report. Avoid admitting fault.
💵 Decline Any Cash Offers - Accepting money on the spot can complicate your ability to pursue further claims.
📩 File a Claim Promptly - Don't delay in starting the claims process.
While it might be challenging to recover costs from an uninsured driver, policies, especially those with add-ons like collision coverage and personal injury protection (PIP), are designed to prevent complete loss and cover additional expenses.
