✨As a THANK YOU to our Community for the continued support. We are giving away FREE Thanksgiving Meals on November 23rd from 11 am - 1 pm. All meals will be TO GO ONLY as we are closed that day. You can message us, call in, or simply stop in and grab a meal to go. We hope that our meal brightens someone's day for at least a few hours and teach our children the importance of giving to others. Please share with your friends and families who might be in need. Our goal is to feed as many people as possible‼️

At ESC, we strive to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to individuals, couples, and families. We are dedicated to supporting our clients in their journey toward improved mental well-being, personal growth, and a higher quality of life.

Job overview:
We are seeking a fee-for-service licensed therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to join our clinical team. In this role, you will be critical to identifying needs and supporting ESC’s clients in reaching their goals.

Job Duties:
· Provide evidence-based therapy services
· Conduct clinical intakes/first session and review progress measures
· Use the EHR platform to develop and monitor treatment plans and client progress
· Maintain up-to-date documentation and pertinent data in the EHR
· Collaborate with clinical team to continuously innovate our programs and services
· Help ESC grow and thrive by contributing with your strengths, experiences, and passions

What we offer:
· Starting hourly rate $50 per hour
· Work with a team that is deeply committed to improving the lives of others
· HIPPA Compliant Electronic Health Record Portal (Therapy Appointment)
· Flexible hours and work schedule

· No on-call responsibilities

Qualifications:
· Active unrestricted clinical license to practice psychotherapy or counseling in Pennsylvania (eg. LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.)
· Master's degree in social work, counseling or similar field
· 1-2 years of clinical experience providing counseling
· Knowledge of DSM-V-TR, CBT, DBT, and/or other clinical modalities
· Ability to commit to a minimum of 5 client contact hours per week
· Ability to work independently and/or use clinical judgment when needed
· Knowledge of clinical documentation including treatment plan, progress note, bio-psychosocial assessment etc.
· Professional liability insurance required upon hire
