Meet Heather Kreiger, CCIM, Regional Research Director of Lee & Associates Eastern & Western PA. Heather spearheads research initiatives focusing on the statewide enterprise and regional markets. Her comprehensive understanding of local market dynamics, coupled with her analytical prowess, positions her as a key player in enhancing Lee & Associates' research offerings. This ensures clients receive the most accurate and insightful information to make informed real estate decisions.

In addition to being the 2024 President of the PA/NJ/DE Chapter of , Heather has been recognized locally and nationally for her contributions to the real estate industry. She was named one of CREi Summit's 2024 Top LinkedIn Social Media Influencers in as well as one of the Top Women of Influence in CRE.

In her leisure time, Heather balances her love for sports with quality family time. When she's not playing softball or golf, she enjoys being with her husband Kyle, their 11-year-old son Dalton, and their furry companions Vella, Trixie, and Maggie. They also enjoy trips to their cabin in the mountains of North Central PA.

Welcome to the famiLEE Susanne as our newest Client Services Coordinator for Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania. We are excited to have you!

Susanne is a creative communicator with over 12 years of experience in marketing, project management, and graphic design for print and digital media. She has collaborated with real estate professionals across various service lines to drive property visibility, corporate branding, and client relationships. She will support brokers through client management and correspondence, property listings, reporting, the creation of marketing materials, and providing high-level customer service to clients and co-brokers.

Introducing Matt Allen, Executive Vice President at Lee & Associates. Matt's transactional focus is on the acquisition and disposition of multi-family, office and specialty properties throughout Pennsylvania.

Matt has worked in commercial real estate since 2020. Immediately prior to 2020, Matt was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley Investment Management, Inc., where he worked for over 22 years.

Matt has a law degree from Temple University, consults for a multifamily property investment firm, and is a board member of a nonprofit called the Humanity Preservation Foundation. In his leisure time, Matt teaches fi****ms safety and pistol shooting, travels frequently and enjoys photography.
