Meet Heather Kreiger, CCIM, Regional Research Director of Lee & Associates Eastern & Western PA. Heather spearheads research initiatives focusing on the statewide enterprise and regional markets. Her comprehensive understanding of local market dynamics, coupled with her analytical prowess, positions her as a key player in enhancing Lee & Associates' research offerings. This ensures clients receive the most accurate and insightful information to make informed real estate decisions.
In addition to being the 2024 President of the PA/NJ/DE Chapter of , Heather has been recognized locally and nationally for her contributions to the real estate industry. She was named one of CREi Summit's 2024 Top LinkedIn Social Media Influencers in as well as one of the Top Women of Influence in CRE.
In her leisure time, Heather balances her love for sports with quality family time. When she's not playing softball or golf, she enjoys being with her husband Kyle, their 11-year-old son Dalton, and their furry companions Vella, Trixie, and Maggie. They also enjoy trips to their cabin in the mountains of North Central PA.

Last week, our team took a break from work to give back to our communities.
The Central PA office supported a local Domestic Violence Services organization by cleaning and organizing the donated clothes. Additionally, they made lunches for the residents. Lee & Associates also donated supplies and monetary contributions to the organizations to help them reach their goals.
The Suburban Philadelphia office made its way to Cradles to Crayons: Philadelphia, a charity that serves an incredible one million children across Greater Philadelphia. Here, they helped unpack and organize clothing for these children.
Congratulations to the Chapter representatives of PA/NJ/DE CCIM for their 1st place President's Cup award for Tier 2 chapters nationwide as well as the Chapter Excellence Award for Best Networking Event. They held an impressive 30 events with a total of 1,100 participants in 2023.
