Here’s another completely maintenance free porch to add to the collection! On this project we did run into a rotten band board on the house under the back door. So we jacked up the rear of the house, cut out the old and replaced with new! Not completely finished yet, as we are waiting on a door to come in to wrap it all up. Here is some progress pictures of where we started after ripping out the old porch and ramp and where we are now.

A birthday present from husband to wife we just knocked out of the park. Started from just a concrete slab and added the whole maintenance free 10x16 rear screened in porch finished off with recessed lighting a ceiling fan and exterior perimeter lighting. All trex decking not a single piece of wood visible. Turned out beautifully and will last a lifetime! Hope you guys enjoy your newest addition to your home and create plenty of memories hanging out back there!

Today we continue our rotten subfloor journey from this kitchen remodel into the laundry room. All rotten subfloor ripped up and new subfloor put down. We relocated the hot water heater where we are going to build a closet to hide it making more space for these homeowners!
