⚙️How long have you worked at HS? 3 years in November. Time flies when you’re busy!

⚙️List 3 qualities that make you great at your job. 1. Organized: key when juggling multiple projects simultaneously, 2. Passionate: I enjoy tackling the many tasks that come with the day-to-day, 3. Personable: I love meeting new people we get the pleasure to work with.

⚙️What’s your favorite project you’ve worked on so far? Each project is so unique, but if I had to choose one, it would be The Veil Brewing Co. in Scott’s Addition because I get to enjoy good beer while admiring our work.

⚙️What was your very first job? An umpire at Mechanicsville Little League making around $25/game (not too shabby for a 13-year-old kid!).

⚙️What are your hobbies outside of work? Playing golf, being around any body of water, and spending time with my wife and kids.

📢 Exciting news from Hanover Specialties! We’re thrilled to announce that we are now a part of two major projects in our community -

🚧 CoStar Richmond Campus - Div 10: CoStar is adding two new buildings to their research and technology campus. The north building will accommodate over 2,000 new employees in its 21-story office. The south building includes amenities such as an auditorium and fitness center.

🏗️ Richmond Amphitheater - Div 10: The four-acre site with plenty of greenspace will host concerts, festivals, and more. With a 7,500-person capacity, visitors can enjoy music with incredible views of James River in sight. Martin Horn

⚙️ How long have you worked at HS? It’s hard to believe, but it will be 2 years in July!

⚙️ What’s a compliment you often receive from coworkers? I’m reliable and organized.

⚙️ What do you like most about working at HS? Working with family! It helps create such a fun and relaxed atmosphere.

⚙️ If you could instantly learn a new talent, what would it be? To have a beautiful singing voice!

⚙️ Tell us about any pets you have. I have an 8 month old lab puppy named Lainey and 2 cats (swipe to see 😍).

⚙️ How long have you been working in the construction industry? 45 years.

⚙️ What’s your “superpower” at work? Finding resolutions to difficult issues.

⚙️ What’s your favorite project you’ve ever worked on and why? There are many and for different reasons, they all helped facilitate the success we have now.

⚙️ What’s your favorite leadership quote? We just need one good reason why we can, not a hundred reasons why we can’t.

⚙️ What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Spending time with my grandbabies and family, having fun dates with my husband, and workouts at the Y.

Fishing, Comic Con, and I’m very involved at my church and sometimes play piano there.

Fallout on Amazon Prime and looking forward to Deadpool 3.
