Welcome to Roxy's over the rainbow kids yoga page. It has been a learning process to have decided to start something I am passionate about. I became a certified yoga teacher back in 2018, I did not know if I was going to continue the path to teach at a studio. I gave my first classes to 3 children who taught me so much during the period we were together. One of them was very dear to my heart and thanks to her few little words I realized how much I enjoy practicing with children. She is no longer with us as she became an angel last year. The name "Over the rainbow" kids yoga is in memory of my little munchkin Yeeling, who once said to me " I like your energy and I would like to practice yoga with you".

In March 2022, I decided to take my passion to another level of becoming yoga teacher certified for kids. I believe our children should also have access to a connection between their mind, body and soul. What I find interesting is that we adults think we know it all and we cannot learn from anyone under our age. When I teach kids, they remind me to have fun, to be fearless and to believe. We adults forget how to do that. From their point of view they see me as someone who will teach them to be calm and to express their feelings so they can be heard.
