We are looking for a grounds person to add to our crew. Must have a drivers license. Pay is based off of experience and ability to learn. Tasks include(but not limited to), driving company truck, hauling/backing up trailer, dragging brush, feeding wood chipper, loading/unloading firewood, stump grinding.

HAZARD TREES! EMERGENCY REMOVALS! STORM DAMAGE! There's no job we can't handle. This was a large Box Elder that uprooted and landed on the clients shop. We carefully cut everything loose and got the tree off of the structure and fences without causing any more damage.
The Boss, Bryon Jones, popping a 20ft top out of a 120ft pine, Collin and Chris gave it just enough pull, and the top could not have landed more perfect! Great job Boss!
Lowering a 20ft top out of a 120ft pine tree this afternoon out in Shady Cove, Oregon, our climber Robert Hicks executed it perfectly and the lowering technician Collin Jones gave it just the right run!

Pruning an 85 foot elm tree with our medium and large bucket trucks. Collin Jones was in the medium truck and our owner Bryon Jones in the big truck, plus our trusty groundsmen Paul (aka. Hippie) hard at work cleaning up. Now, elm trees when left to grow natural will usually only reach a height of around 60 feet, but this tree was topped about 25 feet high years ago causing the severe sucker growth, thus causing it to grow taller then it ever would in nature, and making it not as structurally sound. This is an important thing to keep in mind if your are thinking about topping a tree. Topping also shortens the life span of your tree, leaves large upward wounds that allows access for insects and decay to start, and makes your tree much higher maintenance. We always try to recommend people to not top their trees for these reasons. Though sometimes a Pollard is the only option in certain cases.

Had two of our climbers in an Oak tree today. Justin and Collin did a great job! Meanwhile our third climber was removing two Leland Cyprus', also great work! We had a full crew and everyone was working their hardest.

We had one cutter (Justin Kemry) pruning a 60 foot poplar tree today. It needed a small amount of dead wood removed and serious end weight reduction and thorough thinning to increase structural integrity. The client was very happy with the end result and her son was thankful that we saved his tree.
