During the setup for a wedding I catered at the beautiful Roger Williams Botanical Gardens in Providence, RI, yesterday, a lovely couple got surprisingly engaged right in front of my eyes 🥰. I took a few photos to share with them, and feeling thrilled for the couple and honored to have witnessed their special moment. Talk about special hugs to give and receive from total strangers. Loved this five paella station, from black squid ink, to seafood, to meat, to veggie, to mixta, 🥘🔥🧑‍🍳, talk about a wow! factor.

No matter how crazy it gets in the office, especially during the Holiday Season, sometimes you just have to take a quick break, put your feet up on your desk, call your mom to tell her you love her, and wait for your lunch to cool off a bit, today I’m having a meat paella, best shared with the whole office!! Cheers 🥂!!!

A bride 👰‍♀️ told me cheese-sticks were one of her favorite foods, it reminded her of her childhood, and she said she wanted to have cheese-sticks added to the Grazing Station, we said, of course you can have all the cheese-sticks (with marinara sauce) you want, it is your wedding after all!
