Try outs are over and Try out prep has come to an end.

Stay tuned.. there will be group sessions / one on ones offered as well as another round of Rec League - Continue to work hard girls !!!!!

&& REMEMBER :

1. LISTEN - ears, body language and by doing what is asked the first time!

2. HUSTLE - no matter the task. To the huddle, to the drill, bathroom or water break. Show you are always ready!

3. BE PRESENT - stay focused during instructions, during the drill and when waiting to get in the drill.

4. BE ACTIVE- cheer and talk at all times. Show your passion by using your vocal skills in POSITIVE ways!

5. COACHABLE- be willing to change technique if coach asks and understand you may fail in doing so, until you get the hang of things.

There is no Volleyball Prep tomorrow August 5th.

PNW is putting on a six week clinic to help players gain an edge for school try outs that include skills development but also mental toughness, how to be coachable and more !

THIS is OPEN FOR INCOMING 7th -8th graders, freshman and sophomore’s of all school districts!

There are TONS of raffles, we have a raffle to help sponsor players for next session, there are prizes.. lots of tasty foods and as always great entertainment ‼️🏐

PNW VOLLEYBALL will have a booth set up at this weekends Juneteenth event down town. Saturday June 15th 11am-7pm ‼️

If any of the players want to come down and support, help work the both or come say hi … please let us know!

Heads up.. there is no volleyball tonight for the 12's. And due to lack of enrollment for session #2, we are moving the 12's to Monday to join the 14's. If this does not work for you or your players schedule, please let me know .. I understand .

There will be a session #3 for the summer .. TBD

PNW has pledged to put our blood, sweat and tears in a program we can offer the youth of southern Oregon, where they can have a safe place to play volleyball, sharpen skills, and create an environment that feels like family year round.

We have acknowledged feedback, and will be offering some competitive sessions as well.

We are so excited to keep launching sessions for the youth in the Rogue Valley!!!
