I don’t usually post personal life stuff on this account BUT I think this is worth sharing. I got to celebrate my in person graduation from my masters program this week. It was HARD, there were nights I didn’t think I could do it anymore but I pushed through. I’m a firm believer that you can do anything you put your mind to. So if you’re thinking about giving up today, just keep going. Thank you to everyone who supported me through this journey and to my fitness peeps who were my stress outlet (sorry for killing you in my classes 😂) ..

Hi there 🙋🏼‍♀️ Been a hot second since I’ve introduced myself so here we go!
⭐️ I’m Julia the founder of Break a Sweat Fitness!
⭐️I started Break a Sweat fitness when I was 20 years and starting my new healthy lifestyle!
⭐️ Like many, I was not sure where to start so I ended up signing up for barre classes and fell in love with the style of workout.
⭐️ I went on to get barre certified and now teach barre, HIIT, dance cardio, and much more!
⭐️ My goal is help everyone find the fun in a workout!
