Colds, Flus & the Winter Blues
It’s that time of year when we need to think about this connection that we don’t always think of. Gut health and vitamin D deficiency. We actually have two brains. One in our head and one in our gut. If our gut is not happy neither are we. That close connection also can cause us to feel icky and lower our immune system making us more susceptible to colds and flu’s.
